Recently Completed, 10 North, A premium residential building at Kalyani Nagar, Pune, boasts a facade that bewilders the eye. Located bang opposite Baba Kalyani's Bungalow, 10 North serves as a luxurious home in the heart of the city to a select few.
The famous Sea Rock Hotel was built by the group in 1984, the 5 star hotel had 430 rooms, 7 restaurants and 3 bars. It was managed by ITC Welcomgroup and franchised with Sheraton Group of Hotels. The hotel had been built on the edge of Bandstand, with over 250,000 sft. The group sold the hotel in 2005 .
The Group has built the well known Tian Building at Gulmohur road, Juhu, which has several restaurants and a cafe. Sold in 2016

ADVISORY & INVESTMENTS
The Group are on the Advisory Committee of the ASK Real Estate fund and have invested in the Fund for residential projects with over 2 million sqft in Pune,Gurgaon,Chennai . Exited from the prjects after completion.
